 RMA Construction, Design and Land Development also develops subdivisions. If you have a parcel of land that’s thirty acres or less, most developers aren’t interested. But small parcels are our specialty.
We can partner with you to design/build custom homes that will blend beautifully with the natural features of the land. We’ll take care of all the improvements, including roads, sewer, water and utilities. Our years of experience with land-use agencies means we know how to develop according to local, state and federal regulations. We’ll handle all the required forms, filings and variances. You can partner with us in developing your parcel, and you’ll share in the profits. Or we can buy your land outright and take it from there.
